Come Home to Yourself

A practice of presence, connection, and remembering what truly matters.

A Personal Welcome

Yoga continues to be one of my greatest teachers..

It has met me in seasons of joy and seasons of uncertainty. It has gently held me through times of growth, grief, celebration and change, continually reminding me to return to my breath, my body, and the present moment.

When I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, I didn't simply learn how to guide movement. I deepened my understanding of yoga as a lifelong practice—one that continues to shape how I move through the world each day.

It is this practice that I now have the privilege of sharing with others.

My intention isn't to teach the "perfect pose."

It is to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, breathe deeply, listen to your body, and discover what your own practice has to offer.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is so much more than movement.

It is a practice of coming home.

Coming home to your breath.

Coming home to your body.

Coming home to the quiet wisdom that already exists within you.

Every time we step onto the mat we are offered an opportunity to pause, soften and become present to what is here.

Some days our practice feels energising.

Some days it asks us to rest.

Some days it simply asks us to breathe.

There is no perfect practice.

There is only this practice.

The one that meets you exactly where you are today.

The Practice

Each practice is created with care and guided by what is needed in the moment.

Drawing from traditional yoga practices alongside meditation, breathwork and nervous system regulation, every session is designed to support your whole being—not just your physical body.

Together we'll explore...

• Gentle mindful movement

• Breathwork (Pranayama)

• Meditation

• Yoga Nidra

• Restorative yoga

• Nervous system regulation

• Mindfulness and self-reflection

Rather than striving for perfect poses, we practise becoming more present.

Rather than pushing through, we learn to listen.

Rather than achieving, we begin remembering.

My hope is that you leave each practice feeling a little more grounded, connected and at home within yourself.

Is This Practice For You?

This space may be supportive if you are...

• Feeling overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life.

• Looking for a gentler relationship with movement.

• Wanting to reconnect with your body in a compassionate way.

• Curious about yoga but unsure where to begin.

• Returning to your practice after time away.

• Seeking greater calm, clarity and balance.

• Looking for a practice that honours your body rather than pushes against it.

You don't need to be flexible.

You don't need expensive equipment.

You don't need any previous experience.

You simply need a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.

Practising Together

There are two ways we can practise together online.

If you're looking for something more individual, I also offer one-to-one online yoga.

Together we'll create a practice that honours your body, supports your goals and meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you're navigating stress, recovering from injury, seeking greater balance or simply wanting personalised guidance, these sessions are created entirely around you.

A Gentle Invitation

Yoga has never asked me to become someone else.

It has simply invited me to become more fully myself.

That is the invitation I hope to extend to every person who chooses to practise with me.

Whether we meet each Wednesday morning or in a one-to-one session, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and a little more at home within yourself.

Wherever you find yourself today...

You are welcome here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous yoga experience?

Not at all. You're welcome exactly as you are.

What do I need?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a quiet space.

How do I join online?

Practices are held live via Zoom, with details provided after your enquiry.

I'm not sure whether a weekly or personal practice is right for me.

That's perfectly okay. Reach out and we'll have a conversation about what feels like the best fit for you.

That answers the questions people are quietly asking without interrupting the flow of the page.
